All content and items displayed falls under the Parody and Satire context of fair use, and consist of fan made artwork. Through the Fair Use Act, a doctrine in the law, artists are permitted "limited use of copyrighted material without having to first acquire permission from the copyright holder” {https://en.wikipedia.org} as well as under Title 17 of the US Code, Hey Airwrecka can create fan parody art.  If you are purchasing any goods provided on this website you thus agree to the terms listed and understand fully that all content here does not represent the owners of said content, ideas, religious views or political views. ALL ownership of all original intellectual properties lie with the creators unless otherwise stated.

All artwork created by Hey Airwrecka/Pinrageous/Erica has not been licensed by any brands or companies shown, unless noted in the description. We are not endorsed by any said brands/companies unless clearly stated. 

• Do you accept returns?

No. All sales are final, but if you have questions or if you receive a damaged item please contact us ASAP so that we can assist. 

• Can I combine my orders?

Once an order is processed I can no longer combine it, so please try to thoroughly review the items in your cart before placing any final orders. 

• Shipping times:

Once an item is shipped, it can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on your local USPS/postal service.  International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks. All orders are processed and shipped 2-3 working days from the date when the order was placed. We DO NOT ship on national holidays.

If a package is late or still has not arrived, please always check your tracking info and contact USPS first! Once the item leaves my hands and goes to USPS, I no longer have any control over it. 

By chance if the package gets returned to me due to an incorrect address or shipping info, I can gladly re-ship it once the correct information is provided. 

• A post on the back of the pin is crooked! Can this be fixed?

Yes it can! Place a rubber backing on the pin post, then very gently push the needle back in place. You can also do this carefully with pliers, just go slow with it. 

• Pin Grading:

All enamel pins are checked and graded from (A to C: A being the best with rarely any defects or issues, and C being the pins that have the most flaws like scratches, overfill, overbuffing etc). Remember these pins are handmade and human error does occur!

• Paintings/Canvases:

All canvases take 5-10 business days to ship after order, as we need to safely package and prepare the item to be mailed without issue.

Each canvas is carefully packed inside of bubble wrap and securely taped before being put into a box with extra padding.

Once it is sent to the post office to be mailed, we no longer take responsibility for any delays/shipping issues. Please contact USPS with your tracking number provided for further information.
